  • THE ROLE

    OneKind Consulting, Inc. is looking for a self-starting Consultant to support our growth initiatives. This position is fully remote but requires travel. Our consultants drive the work forward with flawless execution and leads small- and mid-sized projects from start to finish serving as the client go-to on a project basis. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Voice sound, strategic point of view on projects

    • Manage account logistics flawlessly, from schedules to budgets to talent to legal approvals

    • Anticipate client and team needs and provide proactive solutions to keep the agency team one step ahead

    • Monitor and inform the team on contextual, competitive and business landscapes

    • Cultivate a relationship with key day-to-day clients

    • Lead status meetings with clients, including partnering with key team members to ensure the status document is updated accurately

    • Work with the Operations team to ensure key projects/tasks have clear objectives, aligned owners and timing, and execute against those tasks and objectives

    • Partner with Training team to ensure training programs are aligned with client feedback and other trends

    • Maintain impeccable attention to detail in all facets of the job, from proofreading emails to partnering with Operations team to ensuring that every detail is considered, double-checked and approved internally before WorldKind Talent Network is assigned

    • Own entire projects end to end, including managing clients and the internal team

    • Inform the team on the client's category, by effectively managing the Content Manager to filter industry news and provide insights that could influence the work and help educate the entire team

    • Navigate the internal operations process to find efficiencies where possible

  • THE ROLE

    OneKind Consulting, Inc. is looking for a super savvy and creative social media strategist to join our team, this position is fully remote but works EST. As a Content Manager, you’ll be supporting the brand by owning the content creation, calendar, and strategy for all of our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and the OneKind newsletter).

    LOCATION: US (EST)

    COMP: $80k+

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the creation and execution of social media calendar and update based on campaign needs, KPIs and timeline opportunities to drive audience engagement.

    • Develop a solid quarterly plan to ensure all KPIs (like follower growth, engagement rate) are met and progress is shared

    • Report monthly on KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, traffic, and conversions.

    • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

    • Create and curate engaging, original content (text, images, video) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.

    • Stay informed on the changing social media landscape, spotting industry and cultural trends, best practices, and leaning into emerging technologies where appropriate

    • Roll out targeted social campaigns that align with business goals, brand building, community growth, product launches, promotional periods, and other brand milestones

    • Manage campaign planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.

    • Day-to-day activities (namely community management, scheduling posts, writing social captions and reporting metrics)

    • Monitor customer service inquiries across all social channels, working with the Customer Service team on how to provide immediate support and resolution where needed

    • Write monthly blog posts for the OneKind website and work with SEO agency to ensure all blog posts are SEO-optimized

    • Assist in maintenance of a highly organized library of content assets and creative asset handoff

    • Manage and grow social media communities through timely engagement, interaction, and customer service.

    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

    • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

    • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

    • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.

    • Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and paid social media campaigns.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

    • 4+ years of social media management experience

    • Well-versed in social media insights and analytics—and passionate about beauty in the social space!

    • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and the role social media channels play into big-picture goals

    • Excellent eye for aesthetics and creative

    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; beauty copywriting skills a plus

WorldKind Talent Network

  • THE ROLE

    WorldKind Talent Network, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to support our global talent network. This position is fully remote but requires international travel. As an Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a division of our WorldKind Talent Network. The Operations Manager will act as the operational expert and will provide guidance to their team ensuring the delivery of honest, reliable services with transparency and clarity.

    LOCATION: US (EST)

    COMP: $75k Base + Commission

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Daily point of contact with internal stakeholders for all service-related inquiries and escalations

    • Hire, train and develop exceptional talent within your region to grow our WorldKind Talent Network

    • Act as the primary team manager for number of direct reports and support workload management, quality and adherence to WorldKind standards

    • Own and update internal SOPs, and maintain Business Rules

    • Provide team metrics oversight and ensure operational effectiveness for all service-related capabilities

    OneKind Consulting Group, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated training manager to support our WorldKind Talent Network. This position is fully remote but requires international travel. As a Training Manager, you’ll serve as the onboarding leader for our international talent partners.

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works with Operations Manager to regularly review and refine training programs, adjusting for company growth and new operational processes.

    • Acts as the company administrator for WorldKind’s training site, ensuring the content is maintained, accessible, and meets organizational objectives. Works with Content Manager on video and asset completion.

    • Builds robust course material for our WorldKind Training Platform.

    • Monitors training completion rates on course material.

    • Develops, maintains and organizes training materials in collaboration with the Content Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring materials are accurate, engaging and scalable.

    • Creates toolkits and visual standards to support SOPs.

    • Evaluates training effectiveness of materials through feedback, data and performance.

    • Establish and update training structures and content to maintain high standards of service, product quality, and operational excellence.

    • Create and enforce a consistent framework for training managerial roles, ensuring all new hires are aligned with OneKind’s culture and performance expectations.

    WorldKind Talent Network, Inc. is looking for a detail oriented bookkeeper. In this role, you’ll maintain financial records, prepare reports, and update the general ledger. The Bookkeeper will also perform a variety of tasks such as processing invoices, posting to the general ledger, assisting with the month end close, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and auditing financial documents and procedures.

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.

    • Maintaining, reconciling, and balancing general ledger accounts.

    • Processing payroll and conducting internal audits.

    • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

    • Completing analyses of revenues, commissions and expenses to guide business decisions.

    • Assisting with tax preparations and returns.

    • Support the team during the annual budgeting and planning process.

    The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects with varying levels of complexity for assigned clients. As a Project Manager you will also start to take ownership of more financial tasks and responsibilities.     THE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be responsible for leading projects including timeline creation, managing workflow and conducting status meetings with project teams

    • Manage both simple and complex digital projects; escalate any issues in a timely fashion

    • Maintain and support the financial health of all assigned projects by analyzing burn reports to mitigate risks and keep projects on budget

    • Prepare project scopes and staffing plans (deliverables, schedules, budgets, assumptions, etc.)

    • Develop and maintain critical business documents related to project/plans, risk mitigation forms and change orders

    • Conduct client facing project status meetings in collaboration with consultants to inform clients of assigned project schedules, critical milestones and critical dependencies

    • Be a go-to client resource for project related team questions

    • Contribute to the finalization of all client and MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) submissions when applicable

    • Follow all procedures with regards to process including server back-up and archiving

    • Update and help manage internal status sheet(s) and contact reports with Consulting partners
